Ocular Drug Delivery has been a key challenge and attractive field for the pharmaceutical scientist due to peerless anatomy physiology of eye. Glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, keratitis, endophthalmitis, trachoma, conjunctivitis are just few conditions that can affect In order accomplish efficient ocular treatment within eye, At point action, an appropriate supply active substances must be given sustained. Due fast precorneal medication loss, traditional low bioavailability. The bioavailability medicine is also influenced by static dynamic barriers. To address limitations treatment, significant efforts being made develop innovative systems delivery. When drop injected into it goes through sol-gel transition forms cul-de-sac. in-situ gel system, which comprises thermally triggered, pH ion cross linking systems, subject this review. It includes step-by-step procedure preparing pH-triggered system as well assessment parameters.
